General Manager Flippers Bakery

Base salary: $600 - 700 per week.

Bonus: Monthly profit sharing of up to 8%.

Benefits: one week of paid vacation after one full year as a manager. Car allowance and health care is given after three months.

Hours - 5 am to 3 pm 50 Hours a week.

Annual Salary -  $31,200 to 36,400

Bonus -  $15,000 – 24,000

Health Care -  $4,800

Estimated Total - $51,000 to 65,000
