Manager Pay & Schedule Requirements
General Manager
Base salary: $750-950 per week. Pay reviews are conducted annually.
Bonus: Monthly profit sharing of up to 8% of net profits. Profit sharing begins the second full month in a management position. Weekly evaluations quantify operational and financial performance. Scores will relate directly to the percentage of bonus.
Benefits: One week of paid vacation after one full year as a manager. Two weeks of paid vacation are given after two or more years. Health care allowance is given after three months in management.
Hours: General Managers are required to work 50 hours within a five-day work week, closing four out of those five days.

Building Culture:
Create a successful culture focused on customers and profitability.
Team Building:
Hiring, scheduling, facilitating training, evaluating performance.
Cost Control:
Setting pars for food, beverage, paper & supplies.
Checking in received orders.
Production:
Overseeing production, portion control, waste, and pilferage.
Customer Service:
Ensuring customer satisfaction by emphasizing details in production, service, cleanliness & atmosphere. Handling customer issues to ensure repeat business.
Mandatory Meetings: General Managers must attend all official Manager’s meetings.
Annual Salary - $31,200 to $49,400
Bonus - $5,000 – $28,000
Health Care – $1,200
Estimated Total - $37,400 to $78,600

Manager/Assistant Manager
Base salary: $455-700 per week. Pay reviews are conducted annually.

Bonus - $2,000 to $7,000

Manager in Training
Trial and Training Period: All new managers are subject to at least two-weeks of training and observation. Training Managers are paid within the MIT hourly pay scale- $7.00-10.00 per hour (40 hour limit). The following pay scale and requirements begin upon approval by Area Management.
Base salary: $455-600 per week.
Hours: Managers are required to work 50 hours within a five-day work week.
Annual Salary - $23,660 to 31,200
