Title: General Manager
Base salary: $700-875 per week. Pay reviews are conducted annually.
Bonus:Monthly profit sharing of up to 8% of net profits. Profit sharing begins the second full month in a management position. Weekly evaluations quantify operational and financial performance. Scores will relate directly to the percentage of bonus.
Benefits: One week of paid vacation after one full year as a manager. Two weeks of paid vacation are given after two or more years. Health care allowance is given after three months in management.
Hours: General Managers are required to work 50 hours within a five-day work week, closing four out of those five days.

Trial and Training Period: All new managers are subject to at least two-weeks of training and observation. Training Managers are paid within the MIT hourly pay scale- $7.00-10.00 per hour (40 hour limit). The following pay scale and requirements begin upon approval by Area Management.
Base salary:$500-600 per week.
Hours: Managers are required to work 50 hours within a five-day work week.

Job Description:

1. Greeting Guests and providing a friendly, welcoming atmosphere.
2. Providing Counter Service & Full Table Service to Guests.

-Customer service experience is appreciated, but it is not required. Training is available.
-Flexible hours are available for full or part-time positions.
-Servers must be 18 or older to serve alcohol.

Delivery Drivers
Job Description:
Attend to priorities including:
1. Delivering Caller orders to Residents, Businesses, and Hotels.
2. Taking Caller orders for Pick Up and Delivery.
3. Assisting in production of Salads and Sandwiches etc.
4. Completing typical back of house side work.
-Delivery Drivers are required to have their own vehicle in sound condition that will accept the use of a lit car topper.
-Drivers must have a valid Florida License, a registered vehicle, and current insurance to deliver for Flippers Pizzeria.
-Drivers are also subject to a 3yr Motor Vehicle Record Check.
Pay Rate-$6-8/hour + Tips
Pizza Makers
Job Description:
Attend to priorities including:
1. Assisting in production of food, focusing mainly on the pizza line.

-Experience with hand tossed pizzas is appreciated, but it is not required. Training is available.
Pay rate- $7.00-10.00/hour or $475-500/week salary based on 50+ hours
Production Lead
Job Description:
Attend to priorities including:
1. Leading production during high volume periods, focusing mainly on the
deck oven and on the pizza line.
2. Overseeing final product preparations and presentation.
3. Communicating with the Manager on Duty regarding any pertinent issues
in the kitchen.
4. Leading and assisting in completion of typical back of house side work.
-Proficiency in all aspects of production is a requirement.
-Ability to lead and communicate, as well as to work well under pressure are also necessary attributes.
Pay rate- $10-12.00/hour or $500-600/week salary based on 50+ hours.
